Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process
Prepare and review the company’s consolidated financial statements
Manage cash flow, monitor bank balances, and oversee vendor payments
Coordinate and support external audits and annual financial reviews
Ensure compliance with Israeli GAAP and assist with IFRS and US tax reporting
Provide financial analysis and insights to management, supporting business decisions
Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies
