Compensation Overview
This role offers a competitive base salary aligned to experience and scope of responsibility.
In addition to base salary, MML offers employer-matched RRSP contributions, a full benefits program, and eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus based on company and individual performance.
Role Overview
The Assistant Controller provides detail-oriented and analytical support to the Controller and finance team within a fast-paced construction environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, and supporting budgeting, cost tracking, and project accounting activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen and a proactive approach to supporting day-to-day finance operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
