The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead our newly opened Bondi Junction store.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a premium retail environment. You’ll support the Boutique Manager in setting the tone on the floor, delivering elevated customer experiences, and building a confident, capable team from day one. If you’ve worked in premium retail before, understand what good looks like, and enjoy leading by example, this role will suit you.

About the role

As Assistant Boutique Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store. You’ll be visible on the floor, coaching the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand. This is not a back-office role. You’ll be actively involved in trade, people leadership and store operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the Boutique Manager in all aspects of store leadership and operations.
• Leading from the floor during trade, setting the standard for service and presentation.
• Delivering a premium, personalised customer experience.
• Coaching and developing team members in product knowledge and service behaviours.
• Supporting rostering, stock management and daily operational tasks.
• Opening and closing the store as required.
• Maintaining visual merchandising, grooming and store standards.
• Contributing to a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.

Who we’re looking for

We're looking for someone with a solid background in premium retail. You have a knack for maintaining pace, polish, and presentation, and you know how to inspire and lead your team along the way.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within premium or specialty retail
• A strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Confidence leading teams in a busy retail environment
• The ability to coach, motivate and give clear direction
• A calm, professional approach during peak trade
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends
