WHY WE NEED YOU ? Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Sales Administration (ADV) team to support an increasing volume of client operations and free up time to work on structuring and automation projects. Your mission will be to ensure the smooth and accurate processing of administrative, billing, and financial requests in order to secure revenue flows, support key accounts, and maintain a high level of service for internal teams and clients. YOUR FUTURE TEAM We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. You will be part of a team of 3 people, handling incoming operational tasks related to billing, payments, contracts, and customer administration, while progressively contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives. The team works closely with Sales, Support, TAM, Billing teams, and directly with clients, including large accounts. YOUR DAILY ROUTINE Tasks ● Process bank transfers, payment allocations, and accounting reconciliations ● Manage invoicing, credit notes, commercial gestures, and contract administration ● Handle incoming requests via emails, Jira tickets, and internal tools from Sales and Support teams ● Upload invoices on customer payment platforms (e.g. Chorus and other client portals) ● Update client data, orders, and Purchase Orders (PO) in internal systems ● Ensure accurate follow-up for B2B, B2C, and key accounts ● Contribute to documentation and process updates to improve efficiency and reliability ABOUT YOU HARDSKILLS: ● First experience (1–2 years) in Sales Administration, Billing, or similar administrative role ● Good knowledge of Purchase Orders (PO) and order management ● Familiarity with customer invoicing or payment platforms (e.g. Chorus) ● Basic accounting knowledge (reconciliation / balance follow-up) ● Comfortable using Office tools and internal client consoles SOFTSKILLS: ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ● Team spirit and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders ● Excellent organization and attention to detail ● Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment ● High-quality written communication, especially for client-facing exchanges WHAT YOU WILL FIND AT SCALEWAY ++++ Offices: Our offices are spacious, dynamic workspaces with bold design, conveniently located near public transport.
