Role Overview:
Asset Services London plays a vital role within the Client’s global asset servicing division. The London team manages voluntary corporate action deadlines across EMEA markets, ensuring accurate reconciliation, validation, and timely submission of client elections to a global network of custodians. This role supports the end-to-end processing of equity-related corporate actions, requiring strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and a commitment to operational excellence.
What You Will Be Doing:
Processing both standard and non-standard transactions within the assigned process area.
Working as part of a specialist regional team supporting a specific product set or functional workflow.
Demonstrating a solid understanding of internal and external client requirements.
Responding to client queries with accuracy, clarity, and speed.
Following defined procedures and completing all relevant checklists to ensure compliance and control.
Handling core daily activities such as:
Expiry processing
Regulatory reporting
Position maintenance
Processing incoming and outgoing post
Identifying potential risk items and escalating them promptly to management
Skills Required:
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
Proactive mindset with strong self-motivation.
Skills Desired:
Knowledge or understanding of corporate actions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Dynamics.
Experience with automation and workflow platforms such as Alteryx and UI Path is highly desirable.

This is a permanent full-time position located in London. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
