What you’ll do:

  • Asset & Warehouse Management
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming IT hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals, networking devices, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory records using the organization’s asset management system.
  • Organize, label, and store equipment in accordance with warehouse and safety standards.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track asset lifecycle from acquisition to decommissioning.

  • Decommissioning & Equipment Turn‑In
  • Process Compliance & Documentation

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in IT asset management, warehouse operations, or technical support.
  • Active Top-Secret security clearance
  • Experience installing and configuring computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Strong understanding of asset tracking systems or inventory management tools.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment (typically 25–50 lbs).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams, PMO, and business units.

SALARY RANGE:  $69,000 - $78,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: 

  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
