We are looking for an Asset Finance Support Executive in our Marketplace Operations team. You will be joining the vibrant and ambitious Marketplace team, dedicated to building a better financial future for UK SMEs through a collaborative and inclusive culture. As an Asset Finance Support Executive, you will manage the post-offer customer journey facilitating funding for our borrowers via third-party lenders. This role is pivotal in coordinating between internal and external stakeholders to ensure transactions are processed with speed and accuracy, delivering an exceptional service experience.

• Manage the end-to-end payout process by liaising with lenders, customers, and suppliers to create urgency and ensure deals move quickly through the funnel.

• Develop expert knowledge of various lender processes and deal structures, building strong relationships to navigate their specific requirements effectively.

• Obtain, verify, and process all necessary invoices and supplier documentation, ensuring complete accuracy and adherence to lender criteria.

• Work closely with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience from application to completion.

• Support the wider Marketplace Operations team by submitting applications via lender portals, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing regular reporting.

• Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in the day-to-day.

What we’re looking for 🌱

• Experienced working in a Sales Support or operations capacity; ideally within Lending.

• Ability to think smart, adapt quickly and excited to work in a fast-paced environment

• Highly organised and results-oriented with a desire to work hard and deliver a high volume of work with strong attention to detail.

• A clear focus on providing excellent customer service and confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders via calls, emails and in-person.

• Ability to build and maintain long lasting business relationships
