Who we are looking for

We need an ambitious Assembly Operator who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will help us deliver flawless assemblies to our world-class products.

What you will get to do

  • Install and assemble screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, and other components
  • Maintain inventory of components, hardware, and other necessary department items
  • Coordinate assembly area and maintain assembly equipment
  • Communicate with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues
  • Complete all reports and associated paperwork legibly

What you bring to the team

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated inspection competence
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Mechanical and technical capacity
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great teammate with integrity and a dedication to safety
