As an Assembler for the Final Assembly, you will work exclusively in one of several final stations. Will either be assigned to a one-piece flow team or will work alone in a single assemble line; at all times will monitor the quality control of production, make corrections to irregularities and clean up immediate work area; will solder electronic components; position and affix pickguards into guitar face; will operate both manual and powered tools and will perform additional duties as assigned and needed.

Essential Functions:

  • Will test electronic components to insure connectivity and production.
  • Each component that is manipulated by employee throughout the production process is visually inspected from the start to the last step of sub-assembly process.
  • Will unpack assembly kit and unwrap each item.
  • Will examine each component for quality.
  • Irregular components are placed to one side for correction at a later time.
  • Will examine guitar body for scratches and/or defects.
  • Will perform additional quality control and testing as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 6 months – 1-year manufacturing experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Results Oriented
  • Communicates and works well with others.
  • Good hand dexterity.
  • Read and interpret work instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of the correct use of hand power tools.
  • Guitar or musical background preferred but not required.
