Requirements

  1. Must have knowledge of line installations, bench components, and assemblies within a specific job classification.      
  2. Must be able to perform all installations and/or assemblies within a specified job classification and specified work area
  3. Ensures quality and consistency in installations and/or assemblies within a specified job classification and specified work area
  4. Must be able to read and work from blueprints, process sheets, and/or written instructions, then build to those specifications
  5. Must have working knowledge of hand and air tools and use various tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
  6. Must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  7. Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach.  Must be able to climb up and down, as well as work using a ladder.
  8. Employee is regularly exposed to vibration and occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.
  9. Ensures that workstation is kept in clean and safe condition.
  10. Must be present on the job to perform the assigned duties and be able to work overtime which is often required to meet production schedules.
  11. Must perform other duties as assigned.
  12. Ability to use small hand and power tools repetitively, as well as measuring tools.
  13. Must follow all safety guidelines and regulations while maintaining a safe work environment
