About the Role

Join our development team to build high-quality, visually sharp, and instructionally sound eLearning experiences for a global enterprise client. As a Storyline Developer at Infopro Learning, you will bring storyboards to life through advanced interaction design, visual execution, and seamless media integration. You’ll collaborate closely with instructional designers and SMEs, ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standards of functionality, accuracy, accessibility, and polish.

What You’ll Do

• Transform storyboards into interactive, engaging eLearning using Articulate Storyline (expert level).

• Visualize interfaces, interactions, graphics, and user flows that elevate the learner experience.

• Integrate audio, video, simulations, and animations using Storyline, Captivate, and Camtasia.

• Produce simulation videos and screen-based demos where required.

• Manage multiple development tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests positively.

• Partner closely with instructional designers and design peers to problem-solve and ensure cohesive build quality.

• Conduct thorough QC/QA checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, SCORM compliance, and functional reliability.

• Maintain professionalism, communication clarity, and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 3–4 years of professional eLearning development experience.

• Advanced expertise in Articulate Storyline 3+ (this is the core requirement).

• Strong proficiency in Camtasia and Adobe Captivate; familiarity with Audacity, Vyond, Zoomforth is a plus.

• Ability to interpret and partner around instructional design intent.

• Exceptional attention to detail—no errors, broken links, or inconsistencies.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented working style.

• Solid command of Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word).
