Art Sales Specialist

One of our portfolio companies, MutualArt, is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Art Sales Specialist to join their sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and curate artworks for sale
  • Foster connections with auction houses and sellers to ensure seamless deal flow completion
  • Prepare invoices and oversee receivables
  • Monitor sales process closely and promptly address any issues
  • Negotiate terms with auction houses
  • Compile detailed sales reports for management

Requirements

  • Passion for Art: Deep understanding of art history, ability to recognize the value and significance of diverse artists and their works
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Data Proficiency: Strong aptitude in data screening and processing
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM and workflow management systems
  • Sales Experience: Highly advantageous
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English
