WHO WE ARE
MAS creates bold experiences for brands that make audiences feel something MORE. We are an award-winning experiential agency driven by people who care deeply about the work and the impact it creates. We design immersive environments, live moments, and digitally integrated experiences that challenge brands to move beyond the expected. Our culture is rooted in curiosity, conviction, and a willingness to take the right risks. We believe the most powerful experiences resonate emotionally and deliver measurable business results.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Art Directors at MAS are our spatial designers ready to help translate any concept into reality. They have a keen eye for detail, are adept at creative problem solving, and deeply understand the connection between physical environment and user journey.
They are responsible for running with a project’s creative north star and helping develop the supporting creative deliverables that bring it to life. These include: thoughtful mood boards, clear floor plans and elevations, compelling renderings, and clean build drawings and 3d models. These responsibilities continue onsite where they help manage builds, ensure the expectations of the quality of work are met by our vendors, and help with the detail touches that make our experiences magical.
Art Directors overcommunicate and are extremely collaborative. Not only do they work closely within the project’s creative team, but they also keep in close contact with production to find creative solutions within project budgets. They also help manage the relationships with our scenic partners to help guide and keep them on track with the project vision.
Lastly, our Art Directors have amazing organizational and time management skills. Once a concept has taken shape, Art Directors become our creative project leads which requires them to be proactive and a trusted partner for our clients. They help organize and prioritize action items, delegate tasks to Associate Art Directors, and ensure that we are always prepared for client presentations.
