Job Summary:

As an Art Director, you’ll turn ideas into striking, user-friendly designs from eDMs and push notifications to inbox messages ensuring each touchpoint feels distinct yet consistent with the brand’s visual identity. You’ll bring creative flair, digital know-how, and a genuine passion for visual storytelling, helping evolve CRM guidelines as you go.

Role: 

  • Collaborate with your creative partner to ideate and produce dynamic CRM campaigns that balance innovation and clarity.
  • Bring ideas to life through compelling visuals — crafting headers, GIFs, icons, and digital assets that elevate the brand experience.
  • Ensure every piece aligns with the brand’s visual identity, while finding fresh ways to push creative boundaries.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners (developers, CMS and platform providers) to ensure smooth, technically sound execution.
  • Apply an expert understanding of CRM/EDM design specifications, including file formats, character limits, and responsive layouts.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance and refine CRM visual guidelines over time.
  • Manage your own projects independently from concept to delivery, gathering feedback and iterating as needed.
  • Anticipate design challenges early and propose creative, practical solutions.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values experimentation and craft.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing high-impact digital design and CRM campaigns in fast-paced or growth-focused environments.
  • A standout portfolio that highlights strong design craft, storytelling through visuals, and attention to digital detail.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM visual design principles, email marketing best practices, and user experience fundamentals.
  • Technically savvy with CRM/EDM specs and adept at creating lightweight animations or GIFs.
  • Strong communicator and visual storyteller who can confidently present and rationalise creative ideas.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated. Able to manage multiple projects seamlessly.
  • A true collaborator who thrives in multidisciplinary teams and welcomes feedback.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.

Contract Type: 6 months - Fixed Term Contract
