Overview
The Art Director shapes how Highspring shows up across campaigns, content, and enterprise initiatives by translating business priorities into clear, scalable creative solutions. This is a contract role working 40 hours/week.
This is a hands-on role for a strong designer who leads and develops work from concept through delivery, makes sound creative decisions, and collaborates effectively across teams and stakeholders. The Art Director also contributes to team culture through partnership, mentorship, and a shared commitment to quality.
Success in this role requires adaptability, strong judgment, clear communication, and a high-level of ownership and follow-through.

With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following pay range reasonably estimates the hourly compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below.
