What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Completing an assigned engineering project during the term of the internship 

  • Troubleshooting electrical manufacturing equipment 

  • Contributing to several ongoing capital engineering projects diverse areas of the plant 

  • Gaining experience and exposure to the Project Management Life Cycle, including: 

    • Preparation of project specifications and requirements 

    • Project schedule coordination and utilization of Project Management tools 

    • Installation oversight, project closing activities, and sustainability initiatives

You’ll gain valuable experience and exposure to: 

  • Large scale manufacturing facility and equipment and safe working practices 

  • Capital engineering projects taking place within varied areas of the plant 

  • Equipment Reliability to include asset management, process improvement, capital management and execution, contractor integration and management, and development of machine maintenance best practices (PM, PdM, etc.) 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum 3.0 GPA 

  • Must be a maximum of 24 months away from graduation 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
