We are looking for an PM / Scrum / Agile Delivery Consultant to orchestrate the high-stakes transformations of our clients' digital futures. At Qodea, we believe in work that leaves a mark. Role Responsibilities

• You will orchestrate high-performing teams and navigate complex global landscapes to ensure our frontier technology solutions are delivered with precision and impact.
• Manages a portfolio of complex technology projects across cloud migration, data platforms, and AI/ML initiatives.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, managing expectations and identifying risks and dependencies.
• Facilitates Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) and removes blockers to empower high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Oversees project budgets and resource allocation while identifying opportunities for account growth and new business.
• Establishes robust governance structures and executive-level reporting to ensure transparency and delivery excellence.

Essential Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in Agile Delivery Leadership, specifically managing high-stakes technology transformations, cloud migrations, or complex software builds within a consultancy environment.
• Extensive experience in Senior Stakeholder Management, with a proven ability to partner with C-level executives to define project roadmaps and drive commercial value.
• Professional Qualification: PMP, Prince2, or AgilePM certification AND Google Cloud Digital Leader certification.
• Emotional Intelligence to lead diverse teams and navigate difficult client negotiations.
• Clarity and persuasion to keep global stakeholders aligned.
• Accountability for ensuring tangible outcomes and meeting project KPIs.

Desirable Experience:

• Proven experience delivering within highly regulated environments (e.g. Financial Services).
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
