Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the assigned area.
  • Monitor sales performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Ensure sell-out targets are met by optimizing distribution, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and manage the sales team, including Sales Representatives, Team Leaders, and Merchandisers.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a motivated and results-driven sales culture to drive performance.

Market Expansion & Relationship Management

  • Identify and develop new distributors, retailers, and business partners to expand market presence.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing distributors, agencies, and key accounts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to enhance product visibility and brand positioning.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficiency in stock management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, providing insights to optimize sales strategies and channel execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations and retail execution.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track and analyze sales performance, forecasting, and budgeting, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or skincare industry.
  • Proven experience managing General Trade, Modern Trade, and Local Modern Trade channels.
  • Strong network with distributors and retailers in the assigned region.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and be based in key regions as required.
  • Fluent in English and local languages (preferred).
