Your mission

  • Manage sales of SensoTech instruments in the designated territories (industry, market segment, geography, etc.) to achieve and exceed the agreed sales budget
  • Serving as the primary customer/partner contact for technical and business issues for the territories assigned and coordinating with various persons in the company to resolve them expeditiously
  • Creating new sales opportunities through various external (contacts, social media networking) and inbound channels (lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, sales leads provided by the head office, etc.) 
  • Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline of projects 
  • Collating competitors’ strengths and weaknesses with regard to competitive products and activities within the assigned territory 
  • Preparing and implementing sales action plans in specific target markets
  • Follow-up for the collection of receivables
  • Independent support and advice to international sales partners and end customers including regular on-site visits
  • Development and implementation of individual market strategies
  • Collaboration with internal departments for the development of measurement technology solutions for special customer requirements
  • Participating and assisting in organization of marketing/ lead development events such as seminars, webinars, conferences and power weeks

Your profile

  • Having a comprehensive technical knowledge of the assigned products must have - interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • High commitment to customer satisfaction 
  • Completed technical or scientific studies, e.g. process engineering in and plant engineering, industrial engineering
  • Some years of experience in technical sales
  • Willingness to travel internationally with a focus on South America and Canada
  • Fluent business skills in Spanish ( must) , English ( must) and German (good to have)
