About the Role

As an Area Sales Manager at i-PRO, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share in Germany.  You will part of a team for the DACH region and establishing strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Your main objective will be to support and grow our sales revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Manage sales in Germany with a team.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners, providing support to help them increase their sales revenue.

  • Provides accurate business plan forecasts for the short period, and reports to management.

  • Analyses the market environment (demand, customers, etc.) and sales pipeline, executes business plan and forecasts, and provides respective reporting.

  • Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and marketing mix for collaborating with the marketing and sales engineering teams.

  • Coordinate with engineering, marketing support, and partners to ensure a smooth lead process.

  • Negotiate proposals, prepare quotes, and drive sales follow-up, all while maintaining the established gross margin.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • You have over 5 years of sales experience in the security industry.

  • You are capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • You understand and can apply effective project and run rate sales management.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • You have an entrepreneurial personality with very strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in Business & Account Development in B2B is essential.

  • Knowledge of CRM functions for project and sales management in Salesforce.

  • German and good English level, verbally and written.

  • Willingness to travel with control over one's own agenda.
