Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B, IT sales, and/or Ecommerce, with a strong track record in consultative selling and business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively, motivating them toward high performance while being able to have difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills, with a passion for researching market insights and developing solutions based on well-researched information.
  • High level of empathy and a customer-centric approach, adept at building stable and positive relationships with both clients and team members.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, crucial for managing both internal dynamics and external client interactions.

  • Residing or currently based in Cebu
