About the job:
The Area Manager shall support the Regional Station Manager on on-ground project management for fleet expansion and launching expansion ensuring sufficient resources and operability within the set target timeline.
The Area Manager shall manage hub operations within assigned areas by meeting the desired hub health and promptly resolving operational gaps or problems and ensure that all hubs under his/her care are aligned and compliant with company protocols, strategies and directives.
Main Duties:
Monitor the Station Head's progress against timelines in opening hubs
Conduct random audits across all stations under his care, to determine and address operational gap, if there is any.
Ensure that all Station Heads are compliant with finance-related protocols such as, but not limited to, the use of company resources and management of funds assigned to the station expenses shall be thoroughly checked and endorsed for approval/disapporval on a regular basis to ensure good cash flow and to prevent or catch fraud.
