Working Hours: 35 hours with the possibility of overtime based on operational needs. Rotating 4-day week (Monday to Saturday) with rotating AM/PM weekly shift pattern.

AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:15 PM

PM Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:00 AM

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor production processes to ensure ranges are fully operational and running to schedule
  • Lead a team of operational staff within the production unit
  • Allocate resources to manufacturing schedules and prioritize work flow for efficient operation
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of production data
  • Work with other departments such as Maintenance, NPD and Quality to ensure seamless processes
  • Implement and monitor all hygiene and food safety requirements
  • Train, develop and motivate the team to ensure delivery of optimal performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Area Leader/Supervisor within food production industry
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP guidelines and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • This role involves the handling, processing, and packaging of pork and beef products as part of daily operations.
