Responsibilities:
Organize, classify, and index the company’s documents and archives.
Ensure the conservation and protection of both physical and digital documents.
Implement electronic document management systems (EDMS).
Facilitate access to archives for authorized individuals and respond to internal requests.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and archive retention rules.
Profile:
Degree in archival science or information management (minimum Bac +2).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage both physical and digital documents.
Autonomy and service-oriented, with the ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of regulations related to archive management is a plus.
