Architectural Visualization Specialist

AI overview

Convert conceptual ideas and architectural designs into high-quality 3D assets and photorealistic content, utilizing advanced rendering tools in a key growth role.

Build the Future with Us — EquipmentShare is Hiring an Architectural Visualization Specialist

At EquipmentShare, we’re not just filling a role — we’re assembling the best team on the planet to build something that’s never been built before. We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.

We’re hiring an Architectural Visualization Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. You will convert conceptual ideas, floor plans, architectural designs, and building products into 3d physical assets and photorealistic images, animations, and interactive scenes to expand our nationwide light-commercial and residential portfolios. You'll manage the physical modeling, entourage, lighting, materials, composition, and post-production (all deliverables as well as asset creation) - delivering fully composed projects for our expanding model library to aid in client approvals, marketing material, and executive presentations. This is a crucial role for our growth strategy and an exciting opportunity to shape the evolution of a ten-year-old construction tech startup.

The ideal candidate blends technical rigor with visual storytelling, efficiently optimizing complex scenes and meeting deadlines across multiple projects and platforms, while exhibiting artistic prowess.

Our calibrated rendering pipeline utilizes a cross-pollination / hybrid approach involving AutoCad, Revit, Rhino, and Sketchup for physical modelling, of both architectural and individual physical assets - and Twinmotion, Enscape and/or Unreal Engine (V-Ray, Corona, D5 if preferred) to produce high quality, photorealistic stills, panoramics, animations, and VR content - finalized with Adobe Suite / Creative Cloud (Photoshop and/or After Effects) for post-production.

We value a high-level knowledge set, above average competency, rendering excellence, workflow efficiency, clear communication, focus to detail and brand consistency —creating visuals that expedite approvals, boost pre-sales conversion, and align stakeholders before construction.

This is a full time remote position
