We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Architectural Job Captain to join our team of architects, designers, engineers, machinists and software developers.

Does the below describe you?
The successful candidate has the ability to address complex architectural project challenges while finding creative technical solutions in collaboration with internal project teams as well as with architectural clients and consultants. Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) client communications, design consultation and formulation, creation of detailed shop drawings, project scheduling and management. This individual will proactively collaborate with design, production and quality assurance personnel while reporting to senior management on an ongoing basis.

Proficient in Rhino 3d, 2+ years minimum.
Software: Rhino (highly proficient), graphics based packages and solid understanding of Grasshopper software.
3 - 8 years’ experience working in an architectural office
Experience in detailing construction documents (architectural detailing experience with complex geometry a plus)
Pre-planning, proposing, formalizing, tracking and reporting on related project schedules, resources and requirements and next-steps.
Construction scheduling and management.
Strong ability to drive projects and lead teams to creative, effective solutions

Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
Experience in an international business environment
Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage feedback and expectations effectively.
