Architectural Drafter (Revit - Commercial Experience Required)

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Drafter to join our team in the northern Orlando, FL area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing detailed construction documents for commercial projects and be proficient in Autodesk Revit. This role requires a solid understanding of commercial building standards, coordination practices, and construction documentation. This is a 6 month contract-to-permanent hire position. #LAT Responsibilites

Produce detailed and accurate commercial construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.

Develop and maintain BIM models for commercial projects.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure accuracy and consistency across disciplines.

Interpret design concepts and translate them into high-quality technical drawings.

Incorporate redline markups and revisions efficiently and accurately.

Ensure all drawings comply with Florida building codes and commercial construction standards.

Participate in project coordination meetings as needed.

Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional Revit drafting experience.

Proven Commercial project experience is required (office buildings, retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, etc.).

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

Strong knowledge of commercial construction detailing and documentation standards.

Familiarity with Florida building codes and permitting processes.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
