What we need

• Architect / Senior Data Engineer with strong Databricks expertise

• Hands-on design and delivery of scalable, production-grade data platforms

• Strong experience with cloud-based data stacks

Consulting mindset / soft skills

• Comfortable working directly with clients (technical & non-technical)

• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Proactive, takes ownership, pushes things forward

• Clear communicator - explains complex topics without overengineering

• Flexible and pragmatic - understands real-world constraints

• Team player who can also work independently in a client-facing setup
