What You’ll Be Doing

As an Architect of Digital Transformation, you’ll help organizations digitalize their operations and transform into Digital Winners. You'll analyze their organizational, technical, and behavioral capacities - including their process orientation and architectural capabilities.

To do this, you’ll conduct interviews, run workshops, and engage with stakeholders across the business and IT. Your insights will drive strategic and tactical recommendations that you present to directors and board members, helping them steer meaningful change.

This position can be fulfilled at both an Associate and a Principal level. Here's what each level looks like:

Associate Level

  • Facilitate workshops to establish and improve views on organizational value streams, underlying technologies and architectures, leadership and people behaviors, and organizational capabilities

  • Develop models of organizational structures, technological architectures, and leadership behaviors

  • Support the technology and engineering aspects of projects and teams

  • Participate in team planning sessions, improvement meetings, demos, and evaluations

  • Plan and deliver materials to support organizational change initiatives

Principal Level

  • Understand the client’s industry, business model, and the operating models that best support them

  • Develop a holistic view of the organization: its people, technologies, capabilities, and interdependencies

  • Analyze business structures, technological architectures, processes, and practices

  • Initiate and lead workshops to assess and improve organizational value streams, technologies, behaviors, and capabilities

  • Advise board members, directors, and team leads on improving business agility and organizational flow

  • Define and present strategic and tactical digital transformation plans to senior leadership
