Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to lead and support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate is passionate about design excellence, understands local building codes, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual designs, schematics, and construction documents
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Oversee construction administration and site visits
  • Contribute to project planning, timelines, and budget adherence
  • Mentor junior team members and interns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect or working toward licensure (preferred)
  • 3–7 years of experience in an architectural firm
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
  • Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating design and technical expertise
