Architect - Conceptual Design (Multifamily Focus) | Permanent WFH

We are looking for an Architect with 5 years of experience and a strong background in conceptual design for multifamily projects. This role requires a sharp design eye, solid architectural foundations, and the ability to support production work when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual designs, site plans, and early-phase studies for multifamily projects
• Produce high-quality graphic outputs and presentation materials
• Enhance 3D graphics, exterior elevations, and visual concepts using Photoshop
• Prepare and organize presentation packages using InDesign
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into production drawings
• Support production tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Registered Architect

• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, preferably with multifamily projects
• Strong conceptual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (coloring site plans, enhancing elevations, improving 3D visuals)
• Solid experience in Adobe InDesign for presentation layouts and supporting graphics
• Ability to balance design creativity with production efficiency
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative team environment
• Amenable to work during U.S. business working hours

Work-from-home requirement:

• Device: Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
• Memory & Storage: At least 16 GB RAM and 100 GB of free disk space
• Internet: Wired connection with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed, plus a backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot or prepaid Wi-Fi)
