What will you do?
You will work with multiple delivery teams to help drive the end-to-end transformation of MYOB’s cloud platform, defining the target-state architecture and supporting delivery at pace.
You'll influence cross-domain technical decisions and provide architectural leadership for our cloud transformation project and represent MYOB in senior technical forums with partners and vendors, authoritatively advocating for MYOB’s interests and driving outcomes that support platform transformation goals.
You will also contribute to crafting an outstanding team culture by role modelling a collaborative approach to working with team members, offering leadership, support, mentoring and guidance, particularly to architects and developers.
The Experience You'll Bring
Deep expertise in Azure architecture, including migration, networking, identity, security, governance, and platform services at enterprise scale.
Demonstrable ability to translate business and risk requirements into pragmatic, scalable technical solutions.
Experience guiding and mentoring engineers and architects, driving architectural consistency without slowing delivery.
Experience with a wide variety of software development languages and tools.
Substantial experience with building and maintaining Azure cloud-based solutions utilising known good practice for scalability, resilience and recovery.
Extensive experience of continuous delivery including automation of environment configuration, deployment continuous integration, test automation, infrastructure as code.
Passion for solving business problems with technology.
Azure certifications are a must-have for this role.
