Activity

-       Follow standard procedure to mantling vehicle or system to each small part.

参照车辆拆解流程完成车辆及系统拆解。

-       Record each part information (photo, weight, material……).

记录部件拆解信息（图片，重量，材料，等信息。。。）

-       Upload part related information to website.

上传部件拆解信息到网站。

-       Part information self-checking after uploading.

部件信息上传后的自我检查。

Activity

-       Strictly follow the company’s rules and regulations.

严格遵守公司的规章制度。

-       Join department and company training to improve technical and work efficiency.

参加公司及部门组织的培训来提高专业技能及工作效率。

-       Follow work instructions to use each tool.

遵守工作指导书使用相关工具。

-       5S. Keep workshop and work area clean.

-       保持车间及工作环境整洁干净。

KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)

1.    More than or equal to 12 daily output parts average.

每日部件平均产出不少于12个。

2.    More than 95% data accuracy.

数据准确率超过95%。

3.    Attendance rate, annual leave must be approved by department manager 1 day earlier at least.

准时出勤，请假必须提前一天申请且得到部门经理批准后。

4.    Can overtime according to work requirements.

能配合工作需要安排加班。

5.    Good working attitude, and obey the additional work assigned from department manager.

正面的工作态度，且能配合部门经理安排相关附加工作。

PROFILE REQUIRED

Professional Background

·       Can read vehicle related English word is prefect.

能看懂车辆相关英语。

·       Car maintenance worker intermediate (national level 4) or above or equivalent.

具有汽车维修中级（国家4级）或以上水平。

Skills & Abilities

·       Colleague degree or above in automobile or mechanical engineering.

大专或大专以上学历，汽车或机械相关专业。

·       The knowledge of vehicle related.

具有车辆相关知识。

·       Good computer and PS operation skills.

具有电脑及PS软件操作能力。

·       Strange hand skill of vehicle repairment.

较强的汽车修理动手能力。

·       Good self-learning skill.

较强的自我学习能力。
