Join Aprio's Technology Advisory team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Manager, Technology Advisory Automation & AI to join their dynamic team. We are looking for an Associate Manager/Specialist in Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI to develop and implement data solutions, AI models, and automation initiatives. This role will serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. It presents an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional to grow into a leadership position while remaining actively involved in solution development. Candidates must be bilingual in fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Position responsibilities: Technical Execution & Leadership:
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of data solutions, including data pipelines and warehousing solutions using modern cloud technologies
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models and analytics solutions to address specific business challenges
  • Build and maintain automated data pipelines and implement RPA solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Create and maintain business intelligence dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau
  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members and help establish best practices
  • Business Partnership:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and help translate them into data & AI-driven solutions
  • Present technical solutions to business teams in clear, accessible language
  • Participate in proof of concept initiatives to demonstrate the value of new data and AI solutions
  • Project Leadership:
  • Lead small teams or workstreams
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Coordinate with technology vendors and consulting partners
  • Mentor and guide team members
  • Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience implementing data solutions and ML models
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, SQL and other relevant languages
  • Proficiency with ETL tools, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and data warehousing concepts
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and RPA platforms
  • Must be bilingual/fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with modern ML/AI frameworks preferred
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles preferred
  • Experience working with international teams preferred
  • Background in consulting or client-facing technical roles preferred
  • Relevant technical certifications preferred
