We are looking for an Associate Manager/Specialist in Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI to develop and implement data solutions, AI models, and automation initiatives. This role will serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. It presents an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional to grow into a leadership position while remaining actively involved in solution development.
Candidates must be bilingual in fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Position responsibilities:
Technical Execution & Leadership:
Contribute to the design and implementation of data solutions, including data pipelines and warehousing solutions using modern cloud technologies
Develop and deploy machine learning models and analytics solutions to address specific business challenges
Build and maintain automated data pipelines and implement RPA solutions to improve operational efficiency
Create and maintain business intelligence dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau
Provide technical guidance to junior team members and help establish best practices
Business Partnership:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and help translate them into data & AI-driven solutions
Present technical solutions to business teams in clear, accessible language
Participate in proof of concept initiatives to demonstrate the value of new data and AI solutions
Project Leadership:
Lead small teams or workstreams
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Coordinate with technology vendors and consulting partners
Mentor and guide team members
Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related field
Demonstrated experience implementing data solutions and ML models
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, SQL and other relevant languages
Proficiency with ETL tools, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and data warehousing concepts
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and RPA platforms
Must be bilingual/fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience with modern ML/AI frameworks preferred
Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles preferred
Experience working with international teams preferred
Background in consulting or client-facing technical roles preferred
Relevant technical certifications preferred
