Apprentice - Tech & Product Operations Analyst (x/f/m)

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Tech & Product Apprentice to join our Tech & Product Operations team within the Tech & Product Department. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to the growth and success of our organization while working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll do :

  • Operational Excellence :

    • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the product development lifecycle and propose process improvements to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and reduce time-to-market. Work with teams to implement and monitor the effectiveness of these optimizations.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration between product management, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders. Act as a liaison to facilitate information sharing and ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of tech and product processes.
  • Learning & Development (L&D):
    • Assist in managing Tech & Product Camp, an internal learning program aiming at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our tech and product teams.
    • Support the development and execution of internal Tech & Product learning rituals and initiatives.
    • Contribute to the creation and implementation of continuous learning programs for the tech and product population, aligning with organizational objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, design training modules, and assess the effectiveness of learning interventions.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in L&D to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the team.

You could be our next teammate if you:

  • Are currently pursuing a Master degree (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent educational program.
  • Have strong interest in Product Management (tools & processes, best practices, ways of working, etc.) and are knowledgeable in Product Operations roles and challenges.
  • Having an interest in learning and development practices, with some prior exposure to L&D concepts and methodologies is a plus.
  • Are proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Gsheet, Excel, Tableau) to derive insights and support decision-making.
  • Are fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The interview process 

  • An interview with our Talent Partner (30 minutes)
  • An interview with your future Manager (30 minutes)
  • A business case interview with your future Manager (45 minutes)
