Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to prospects
  • Qualify leads using specific criteria to ensure sales-fit
  • Schedule meetings and discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Follow call scripts and adjust messaging based on responses
  • Update CRM with call notes, status changes, and scheduled appointments
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and workflows
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for outreach and appointments booked

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales
  • Ability to conduct high volume cold calling (80-100+ daily)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Experience using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
  • Comfortable working with outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, Instantly)
  • Organised, self-motivated, and goal-driven
