Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with leads to schedule appointments.
  • Qualify prospects based on client criteria and gather essential information before handover.
  • Maintain accurate lead and appointment records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer service during initial contact and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Confidence when speaking with potential clients over the phone or through email.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) or willing to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and consistency in hitting performance goals.
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or telesales is a plus.
