Production Support & Maintenance

  • Work on Oracle Database queries, performance tuning, and PL/SQL procedures & views.
  • Support application servers (WebLogic/JBoss) and web server (Apache) configurations & troubleshooting.
  • Maintain workflow-based applications such as CEW (Client Entitlement Workflow) or PDR (Payment Data Repository), if applicable.

Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, and development teams to resolve issues.
  • Participate in daily production meetings, incident reviews, and problem-fix planning.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA, compliance, audit, and production support standards.
  • Prepare documentation, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in L2/L3 application support or production support.
  • Java Spring Boot – strong hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, troubleshooting.
  • Unix / Linux – shell commands, log analysis, job monitoring.
  • Oracle Database 12c / 19c – strong SQL knowledge for debugging and data validation.
