The opportunity:

The Application Specialist (1st Line) provides independent operational and application support to customers within the eastern part of poland. The role ensures the effective, safe, and efficient use of Sakura solutions by delivering user training, troubleshooting application-related issues, and supporting system installations and upgrades.

The Application Specialist operates in multidisciplinary teams in line with Sakura’s way of working and maintains close contact with customers and internal stakeholders. The role contributes to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within Customer Support.

Requirements

We perfectly match if

you have

  • Relevant degree in Laboratory Sciences or equivalent background.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in histopathology is a must.

  • Strong training and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Hands-on, practical mentality with high customer focus.

  • Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary, cross-country teams.

and you

  • Fluency in Swedish language and proficient in English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Are willing to travel up to 80% of the time.
