Your role:
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an Application Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment and will help define the best solutions for managing suspicious or blocked financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analyzing alerts related to potential blocking events affecting the bank or its clients
- Managing suspicious or blocked transactions and interacting with end clients to gather further information
- Verifying and validating the authenticity of financial operations
- Collaborating effectively with IT providers and stakeholders to ensure service continuity
- Producing and maintaining technical and functional documentation

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics
- No prior work experience in software development required
- Proficiency in written and spoken Italian
Knowledge of the following technologies:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong command of the Italian language, both written and verbal
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Ability to use and query relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
