Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Monitor application health, system logs, and database performance.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and service outages.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in on-call support for priority incidents and escalations.
• Document recurring incidents, known errors, and resolution procedures.
• Support schema changes, data integrity matters, and data archival processes.
• Communicate incident status, risks, and remediation actions clearly.
• Provide user support and technical guidance for operational inquiries.
• Design and implement user-facing solutions using: Power Apps and Power Automate
