Deine Aufgaben
- Coordination with the customer about the technical requirements for a product
- Clarification of technical feasibility based on specifications, electronic circuits, drawings and standards
- Presentation of Hongfa products and selection of suitable device for the customer
- Close cooperation and communication with R&D department in China
- Review and creation of technical documentation
- Presentation of the release documents to the customer
- Project management for extensive projects from the first customer contact to series introduction and beyond
- nitiation of product changes for the continuous improvement of our products or based on of the customer's requirements.
- Technical clarification of complaints
- Travel activities to the Hongfa factories in China European customers and European Sales Office
- Cooperation in international project teams
Dein Profil
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, switchgear technology, or mechatronics or comparable training incl. continued professional training
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and French (business fluent)
- Other languages / Chinese language skills very welcome
