Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
The Application Enablement Analyst will join the Operations team of a healthcare data and analytics software company. This role reports to the Application Enablement Manager and will involve a combination of client-facing, process improvement, and basic technical responsibilities.
As a rapidly growing organization, we recognize that agility and scalability are critical to our success. Our Application Enablement team has the privilege of furthering these principles by both defining and implementing improvements across our product suite. We are a team of healthcare workflow enthusiasts and operational problem solvers who thrive on tackling some of the most challenging problems in healthcare. Our analysts are empowered to think creatively about how we deliver value to our clients and collaboratively drive improvements across their portfolio of 2-4 products.
This specific role is deeply consultative in nature, partnering with clients to understand both their value-based care analytics and point-of-care insights goals and guiding them toward holistic strategies that span multiple Arcadia Analytics tools. Our analyst will facilitate the translation of complex data into actionable insights that empower both payers and providers to improve outcomes, enhance performance, and achieve measurable impacts across their healthcare programs.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
- Understand the basic structure of each product in your portfolio; this includes all key technical steps involved in product implementation, the value proposition each product holds for our customers, and the range of advanced configuration options we offer
- Build relationships with the Arcadia resources who support product implementation; this includes Product Managers and Analysts, Implementation and Customer Success Managers, and Technical Operations Managers
- Manage tickets and projects in our Jira and Confluence platforms
- Begin engaging with clients around key product functionalities and decisions
- Implement basic UI-based product configuration changes
- Draft documentation around product use cases, configuration options, workflows, and stakeholders
In 6 months
- Lead implementations for the products in your portfolio alongside Arcadia’s Implementation Managers
- Meaningfully advise customers on a holistic approach to achieving their value-based care and other analytics goals via Arcadia’s analytics suite
- Own client conversations around technical product strategy and configuration options
- Advise customers on how data ingestion and application configuration decisions affect their analytics
- Assist with basic issue triage and enhancement requests related to your products
- Own management of the strategic implementation roadmap for each product in your portfolio
- Advise on Arcadia’s product development roadmap based on client feedback and internal observations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for your product and support questions from internal customer and technical teams as needed
- Independently apply basic UI-based customer configurations
In 12 months
- Serve as a designated SME for all products in your portfolio, championing best practices and guiding health systems and payers to maximize their use of Arcadia’s platform
- Confidently consult on strategies for achieving success in value-based care contracting and point-of-care insights via Arcadia’s analytics suite and independently tailor product rollout plans to your clients’ individual workflows and priorities
- Propose and drive operational improvements both within and across product teams
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as a designated subject matter expert for multiple Arcadia products in Arcadia’s analytics suite (for example, Network Modeler, Contract IQ, Patient Inform)
Collaborating directly with healthcare clients in a consultative role to understand their data challenges and translate complex insights into clear, actionable value-based care solutions
Advising on optimal workflows and configurations in Arcadia’s analytics tools based on a client’s existing contracting priorities and processes
Balancing multiple product implementations simultaneously and engaging technical support from across the organization as needed
Driving the implementation of UI-based configurations
Designing and maintaining product implementation documentation suitable for both internal and client use
Designing and implementing client trainings regarding Arcadia’s analytics and point-of-care tools
Periodically assisting with basic issue troubleshooting for in-scope applications
Serving as a key liaison between the Product and Customer Management teams and influencing new analytics capabilities
Supporting Operations leadership in their efforts to redesign Arcadia’s approach to product implementations
Understanding how Arcadia’s clinical and claims data ecosystem, products, analytics models, and business strategy improve patient outcomes and reduce cost of care across the country
What You'll Bring
A bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or healthcare
4+ years of experience working with healthcare data
2+ years working experience in technology implementation or product management
2+ years of experience in value-based care
Experience working directly with customers in a product implementation or management capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a specific ability to discuss complex product concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to incorporate AI tools into daily work to improve efficiency and outcomes
Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented mindset, and a creative approach to problem solving
General ability to ramp up quickly on technical topics
Would Love for You to Have
Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience working directly with large healthcare payers and/or multi-state health systems
Experience with FHIR-based application integrations
Experience using Github or Amazon S3
