Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with over 4 years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, solid JavaScript knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Develop reusable components and libraries for Salesforce applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.
  • Maintain documentation and follow Salesforce best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce data model.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and web development standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
