Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive service to support users with Apple Devices;
  • Registration of older devices in the Apple Business Manager, confirming the registration of new devices, and creating policies for the effective operation of Apple Devices;
  • Assisting with device configuration, troubleshooting issues as necessary, and creating training materials to present to staff as appropriate;
  • Preparing necessary learning guides for common issues and presenting them to the organization as needed;
  • Finding simple solutions to battery depletion, security policies, and other operational efficiencies of the devices;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
  • Actively ensuring compliance with the Group's Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and all applicable regulations, identifying and reporting potential risks related to bribery and corruption, and promoting ethical behavior by participating in and encouraging continuous training and awareness initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;
  • Proven work experience as a Mobile Device Support Specialist or similar role;
  • Experience with mobile device setup and configuration;
  • Excellent knowledge of iOS mobile operating system;
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills;
  • Proficiency in mobile device management software tools;
  • Ability to repair or replace mobile device hardware;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Technical certification in Mobile Device Repair or similar will be considered as an asset;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
