We're seeking an experienced Appian Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of complex processes using Appian technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills:

- Appian Development: Strong experience in designing and developing Appian applications, including process models, data models, user interfaces, and integration with external systems.

- Technical Leadership: Proven ability to provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Appian Best Practices: Strong understanding of Appian best practices and standards, with a focus on code quality, performance optimization, and security.

- Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Latest Appian Releases: Knowledge of the latest Appian releases and features, with the ability to evaluate their applicability to improve existing solutions

- Mentoring: Experience mentoring other developers and providing constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.

- Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Appian applications from start to finish.

- Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Ensure adherence to Appian best practices and standards.

- Perform code reviews, test case reviews, and deployment reviews.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian releases and industry trends.
