AppGallery Game Operation Specialist

We are now looking for an AppGallery Game Operation Specialist (Turkish speaking) .

This position is responsible for AppGallery game operation in Turkish Market, with a clear focus on User Value Perception / Awareness, Acquisition, Activision, Monetization and Retention.

• Be part of HUAWEI AppGallery EU operation team.
• Responsible for daily operation and entire game operation roadmap in HUAWEI AppGallery in Türkiye, including communicating actively with respective game developers, planning, executing and promoting campaigns, actively engaging with players in different channels (in-game, social media, discord, etc.), gathering and resolving feedback and problem from players.
• Work closely with local teams in Türkiye and game partners worldwide, to support local game project, operation activities and events.
• Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
• Support Ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Mobile game player and Fluent in both English and Turkish required, Chinese will be big plus .
• 0-5 years of experience, internet/mobile game industry background will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to juggle simultaneous tasks efficiently and work thoroughly
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. E.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint and basic skill of using Adobe Photoshop.
• Result and Detail-oriented.
