Shift time: 2pm - 10pm IST (The shift timing will align with the Canada time zone to provide seamless support.)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled App Developer with extensive experience in FlutterFlow to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of high-quality mobile applications, leveraging the power of FlutterFlow to deliver fast, scalable, and elegant digital solutions. You’ll work closely with designers, product leads, and stakeholders to transform ideas into functional, user‑friendly apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using FlutterFlow.
• Build complex workflows, responsive UI layouts, and custom functionality.
• Integrate APIs, authentication systems, and backend services.
• Ensure applications are high-performing, secure, and scalable.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing interfaces.
• Maintain and enhance existing apps as new features and requirements emerge.
• Identify and solve technical problems across the app lifecycle.
• Stay updated with FlutterFlow updates, capabilities, and best practices.

About You

• Extensive hands‑on experience with FlutterFlow, including advanced components, custom actions, API integrations, and state management.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development concepts and best practices.
• Experience working with Firebase, Supabase, or similar backend platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Portfolio of completed FlutterFlow-based apps (preferred).

Desirable Skills

• Experience integrating cloud functions or serverless architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of mobile app security and performance optimisation.
• Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms.
