API Quality Assurance Test Lead
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: W2 only (Local or nearby candidates strongly preferred)
Rate: $55/hr W2

Seeking an experienced API Quality Assurance Test Lead to drive and manage API testing efforts. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in TypeScript, modern testing frameworks, functional programming concepts, and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Requirements

General

• Proficient with Git and version control systems.

• Strong experience developing and testing APIs and working with OAuth 2.0.

• Experience with Bryte IQ (preferred).

• Solid understanding of network technologies.

• Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipeline development.

TypeScript

• Strong expertise with TypeScript’s type system, including:

  • Generic types

  • Type manipulation

Functional Programming (preferred)

• Understanding of functional programming paradigms.

• Experience with the Effect framework is a plus.

Database

• Experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks.

• Experience with AWS RDS (PostgreSQL).

• Familiarity with Drizzle ORM.

SDET / Testing Requirements

• Experience with unit testing and property-based testing.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Vitest

  • Bun Test

  • Fast-Check

• Experience integrating tests into CI pipelines.

Additional Information

• W2 candidates only. No C2C or third-party candidates.

• Candidates must be local to Greenwood Village, CO or willing to relocate and work onsite full-time.
