Paid Time Off: 80–160 hours per year + paid holidays
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Complete resident work orders & apartment turns
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Interior & exterior painting and light carpentry
- Preventative maintenance tasks & grounds upkeep
- Keep maintenance shop organized and safe
- Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in apartment or facility maintenance
- Solid knowledge of:
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Plumbing (copper pipe, toilets, fixtures)
- Electrical (outlets, switches, lights)
- Appliance repair (washer/dryer, fridge, stove, etc.)
- Gas and electric water heaters

EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification a plus
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation REQUIRED
- Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:00am–4:30pm) with on-call responsibilities
